Smart City Expo World Congress is the world’s biggest and most influential event on urban innovation. We connect leaders from the most innovative companies, governments and organizations to move cities towards a better future.

EnergyVille will participate with no less than two booths: one EnergyVille booth on research on Buildings and Districts, and one booth for Smart Cities Marketplace, a project coordinated by EnergyVille/VITO.

A New Urban Era

A New Urban Era is emerging. Though the challenges that lie ahead for cities remain huge, a new paradigm is reshaping urban planning: collaboration, ethical tech, common good, environmental sensitivity, and people’s needs at the center of all agendas. Cities are more alive than ever, and their future looks bright.

Smart City Expo 2023 will be the biggest to date, and will show the world the smart solutions shaping this new era — those currently helping cities thrive and creating safer, greener, and more efficient urban spaces. A unique showcase of proven implementations accelerating a smart, human-centric urban revolution. It’s time to go beyond dreams and inspiration. We need to walk the talk.

EnergyVille's presence at Smart City Expo 2023

EnergyVille will make a prominent appearance at the Smart City Expo 2023 with not one, but two booths.

The first booth, representing EnergyVille's research on Buildings and Districts, will be located at Hall 1, C61.

Meanwhile, under the banner of "EC Initiatives on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities," the European Commission is spearheading a collective presence of approximately 30 partners, including initiatives, projects and DGs (Directorate-Generals). Smart Cities Marketplace - a project coordinated by EnergyVille/VITO - is one of these 30 partners and also happens to be overall coordinator of this umbrella booth, which means you will also be able find some of our colleagues at Hall 1, C51.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity and come visit our booths. Together, we can embark on the journey towards creating smarter and more sustainable urban areas

We hope you'll join us!
